My Art

My work is eclectic. I love to play with paint and ink and enjoy how both react on a variety of surfaces, i.e. paper, canvas, manufactured board. Whether it’s dry or wet, etc. As such, my work includes abstracts as well as representational landscapes, fauna and flora.

My work is also permeated by my background. As a woman and a Latina, I portray my reflections and interpretations of cultural themes and traditions in some of my paintings.

My creations are very diverse and are not tied to a particular style or genre. I am passionate about that aspect of my work. I have a home studio and that is the place where I like to play the music I like, dance a little, and engage in the creative process.
