Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. 

Damaged Item(s)

Inspect your purchased item carefully as soon as it arrives.  If a purchased painting or poster arrives damaged or the incorrect product is sent erroneously, contact us immediately to discuss and make arrangements for a return and refund.  Upon refund acceptance, a return shipping label will be provided.  Refunds will be made after receipt of returned painting/item.  Refunds will not be made on items returned 30 days or more after date of arrival at buyer’s site.

Other Returns/Refunds

Other returns must be discussed and accepted by the artist within 7 days of arrival date.  To qualify for a refund due to reasons other than mentioned above, painting or other products must be in the original condition as they were when purchased.  Upon refund approval, a return shipping label will be provided. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for appropriate wrapping and packaging to protect the painting during transport.  Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), a refund will be made.  The credit card service fee charged to us and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since the arrival and inspection of your returned item and you have not received a refund, please contact us at Caballerofields@gmail.com.

To avoid incurring return shipping costs, it is important to review pictures of artwork and call us for more information or additional pictures of the painting of interest prior to purchase.  Every attempt is made to capture the paintings image as accurately as possible, however, at times computers may not accurately display the art images with all it color nuances.

Artwork is created in a variety of surfaces including stretched canvas, canvas boards, wood and manufactured board panels.  The individual item description provides specific information about the painting or printed material as well as media used.  Unless otherwise stated, art is unframed.
